Why is it so hard to find a job.
First off, there aren’t any shortage of engineers and there will never be a shortage of engineers in our lifetimes. Engineering schools graduate sufficient capable students that are capable of filling positions in every field and industry. The real problem, employer-side, is skills mismatch from applicants.
